We currently offer UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48

Standard UK delivery: £4.50
Free UK delivery on orders over £50.00

Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days of being placed. As we are a small team, orders are not processed every day and dispatch times may occasionally be longer during busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information.

Products Containing Matches
Due to carrier restrictions, products containing matches cannot be sent via Royal Mail and must be shipped using DPD. The applicable DPD delivery charge will be shown at checkout and free delivery thresholds may not apply.

International Orders
We are able to ship internationally on request.

If you would like an order delivered outside the UK, please contact us at shop@phm.org.uk before placing your order. We will provide a shipping quotation based on the destination and the size of your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees that may apply in the destination country.

Order Collection
If you would prefer to collect your order from People's History Museum, please select the collection option during checkout.

Collection is available during museum opening hours:

10:00am–5:00pm
Wednesday to Monday
Closed Tuesdays

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.
