A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order.

Current delivery arrangements include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery within the UK.
  • Dispatch normally within 5 working days.
  • Certain products containing matches are shipped via DPD and may incur different delivery charges.
  • International delivery may be available on request.

6. Returns and Refunds

We currently offer a 28-day returns period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
