Current delivery arrangements include:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery within the UK.
- Dispatch normally within 5 working days.
- Certain products containing matches are shipped via DPD and may incur different delivery charges.
- International delivery may be available on request.

We currently offer a 28-day returns period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
